Ingredients: Rolled oats, sunflower seeds, dates, pure maple syrup, coconut oil, hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, dark chocolate (milk, soy)

Contains: Oats (gluten), Milk, Soy

May contain traces of nuts and eggs, as made in a home kitchen 

Storage- Delivered frozen. Store in freezer for up to 2 months. 

Thaw at room temperature or pop into lunchboxes frozen to defrost by snack time.

Once thawed, keep refrigerated and enjoy within 2 days.
