How do orders work?
The Mini Pantry opens for orders once a month (you will see the current cut off and delivery date displayed across the website).
All snacks are then baked in one large batch and delivered frozen on the scheduled Sunday. This helps reduce waste and keep things affordable for families.
When will my order be delivered?
All orders are delivered on the scheduled Sunday between 2-5pm after the order window closes. Your snacks will arrive frozen and ready to go straight into your freezer. You will receive a reminder on delivery day, so you know we are on the way.
Where do you deliver?
We currently offer local home delivery only within selected Hobart suburbs while we’re getting started, with plans to expand our delivery area in the future.
If your postcode is not accepted at checkout, unfortunately we’re unable to deliver to your area at this time.
What if I’m not home during delivery?
If you won’t be home, please leave an esky outside your door so your order can be safely dropped off.
If there are any issues with delivery, please get in touch as soon as possible.
How long do the snacks last?
All snacks are delivered frozen and can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months.
Once thawed, we recommend consuming within 2 days and keeping refrigerated.
What ingredients do you use?
The Mini Pantry snacks are made using simple, family-friendly ingredients you would find in a home kitchen, with a strong focus on whole foods.
We use unrefined sugars to gently sweeten our products, including pure maple syrup, honey, dates, homemade fruit purées and coconut sugar. Some snacks also include a little dark chocolate for extra smiles.
We don’t use artificial flavours, colours or preservatives.

Are your snacks nut free?
All Mini Pantry snacks are made without any nut ingredients, making them nut-free friendly for lunchboxes.
However, all products are prepared in a home kitchen that also handles gluten, eggs, dairy and nuts, so we can't guarantee 100% there is no cross-contact.
For this reason our snacks may not be suitable for children with severe or anaphylactic allergies.
If you have specific concerns, please reach out before ordering, we are always happy to chat.
Are any of your snacks gluten-free, dairy-free or egg-free?
Some of our snacks are made without gluten containing ingredients, and some are made without eggs or dairy. These options are marked on individual product pages.
Because everything is prepared in the same home kicthen, we can't guarantee products are completely free from traces of allergens. Please always check the full ingrediants and allergen information on each product before ordering.
What age are the snacks suitable for?
Our snacks are best suited to toddlers and school-aged children.
They are not recommended for children under 2 years due to textures and the use of honey in some products. Always supervise young children while eating.
We have also been told adults love to eat our products too!
Can I choose which snacks I get?
You can choose individual snack packs, or select the Full Freezer Bundle which includes 10 of each monthly snack.
Menus change to keep things interesting and seasonal.
Do you offer birthday or event orders?
Yes! We offer small custom orders for birthdays, playgroups and events when capacity allows.

Can I return snacks or get a refund?
Due to the nature of frozen food, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.
If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can help where possible.
